Privacy Notice for Singapore Users

A Singapore-oriented privacy notice for Documents Dock.

Scope

This notice applies to the Singapore pages, account onboarding, customer support, billing, and shipment document workflows.
Documents Dock is the global product name for a shipment document operations workspace operated by Seoryuhang. Customers remain responsible for the lawful collection, upload, sharing, and retention of their shipment documents.

Account and organization data: name, email, company name, role, authentication data, plan, and billing status.
Shipment data: counterparties, invoice numbers, BL/AWB references, permit references, product descriptions, values, currencies, dates, countries, and review status.
Uploaded documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, CO, permit documents, supplier evidence, product specifications, labels, and related files.
Operational data: IP address, User-Agent, security logs, audit events, support tickets, error logs, and product analytics.

Provide authentication, organization access control, shipment workspaces, document archive, document packs, mismatch checks, and customer support.
Run OCR/AI processing for document identification, datafication, comparison, summarization, and review assistance.
Operate billing, tax records, fraud prevention, security monitoring, incident response, and service improvement.

Cloud hosting, storage, database, OCR, AI, email, error monitoring, analytics, and billing providers may process data outside Singapore.
We publish subprocessors and use contractual, technical, and access-control safeguards intended to provide comparable protection for transferred personal data.
Do not upload documents if your organization or counterparty contract prohibits overseas processing without prior approval.

Users may request access, correction, deletion, export, or support for account data through the product or the published privacy contact.
Some shipment records may be controlled by the customer's organization and may require organization administrator approval.
