AI/OCR processing notice for uploaded shipment documents.

When processing runs
- Uploaded supplier documents and issued documents may be processed to identify document type, extract key fields, compare values, and prepare review summaries.
- System-generated documents, requirement-card guidance, bundle history, and archive search do not require OCR unless a received or issued document workflow needs datafication.

Human review
- AI/OCR results are not final facts. Users must review original documents before sending a pack to a declaring agent, freight forwarder, bank, or counterparty.
- The product uses labels such as possible mismatch and needs review to support workflow decisions, not to provide legal or customs advice.

Data minimization
- Logs and analytics should not contain original document text, extracted values, prices, partner names, signatures, stamps, or object storage keys.
- Operators do not view originals, OCR text, or extracted values by default.
