Refund policy for the Documents Dock global pilot.

Pilot refund window

  • For the global pilot, first purchases should use a simple 14-day refund window unless Paddle checkout requires different wording.
  • Refund handling follows Paddle's terms, tax handling, receipt, chargeback, and customer portal flow.
  • If a paid workspace is granted manually before checkout is connected, the support team should record the entitlement period and cancellation request in the workspace notes.

Subscription plans

  • Plus is planned at S$29 per month for unlimited shipments, PDF/Excel/scanned PDF data capture, and baseline version control.
  • Pro is planned at S$59 per month for image document reading, automatic value checks, team review, and shipment AI analysis.
  • Plan names, pricing, and included features shown at checkout control the purchase if they differ from this draft.

Non-refundable cases

  • Fraud, abuse, sanctions evasion, false documents, or material terms violations may limit refunds where permitted by the billing provider and applicable law.
  • Bank fees, foreign exchange differences, card network timing, and tax handling may be controlled by Paddle or the payment network.
